[GUI-Talk] Windows Notifications

Hello Dave,

If you hold down the windows key, and hit "a" at the same time, then you will come to a notifications area, and you can move through it with the tab and arrow keys.  I have not completely mastered this process.

I am being told by windows10 that I have a notification.  I am unable to read it with NVDA or Jaws.  I am probably overlooking something basic here.  Can someone please refresh me as to how I can read the notifications.
