[GUI-Talk] Question On Win7 Basics

I am attempting to help a friend getting his old windows7 box back into 
shape.


When I try to download an mp3 file the machine plays it rather than save 
to disk.


I went into control panel and set it to take no action when dealing with 
audio files and still no joy.  I know there is a setting buried in some 
long forgotten menu that can fix this.  Can someone refresh me on this?
