I believe it is control a followed by control c. Not alt.

Hi, everyone:

 

I've been fighting with this for weeks! I used to be able to copy and paste
PDF files into a new document with no trouble by using Alt-a, then Alt-c.
Now it won't copy.  I'm in Acrobat.  What the heck is going on? Is there a
new command? Thanks! Any help is appreciated.
