[GUI-Talk] Uploading Files To Groups.io

I can't seem to be able to upload files to groups.io.  I click on the 
upload link and the screen becomes only readable in screen review mode 
and the buttons become unclickable.  I tried the latest version of 
Jaws.  I in addition attempted with NVDA.  I am using the latest version 
of Windows10.  Anyone who can shed light on this one?
