That was the first thing I tried, smile. It is crazy. Lol, I just got off
the phone with Microsoft, and they couldn't figure it out until she turned
off Jaws. When she turned Jaws off, the ribbon worked correctly. She had
turned on Jaws 2018, lol, yes, I have the last three versions on my desktop,
and I ought to get rid of 2018 and 2019. Then, we opened 2020, and it still
worked. Strangely enough, I had restarted my computer a couple of times to
see if the problem would be resolved, and it wasn't, so I didn't think
turning off Jaws would solve the problem since restarting the computer did
turn Jaws off. I Don't know what happened. The only other thing she did is
update Office, but the problem wasn't fixed until she turned off Jaws,
smile.

Greetings:

It is likely that Auto-Hide for the ribbon is inadvertently turned on. To
fix this problem, press Alt H, up arrow, then right arrow to Ribbon Display
Options. Then press Alt Down arrow to open this submenu. Down arrow to "show
tabs and commands" and press enter. That should do it.

For some reason, something in my Outlook ribbons changed. I like to press
Alt V A B to change the arrangement of messages, and now, I can't. When I
press Alt V, instead of saying "upper ribbon," Jaws says "lower ribbon". My
ribbons aren't hidden. I have pressed Control F1 by accident in the past, so
I thought that might be the problem, but it doesn't seem to be. If anyone
has any ideas, I'd sure appreciate it. I can't seem to find anything on
Google, but it is possible I'm asking the wrong question. Thanks in advance
for any help.
