 Im also using a Dell laptop. I was using Edge, but I've gone back to Chrome do to some issues I had with Edge. JAWS has always installed fine with my Dell laptop that I have had for 6 years.

I have a Dell laptop and had no problem downloading Jaws 2020 which I am currently using. Chrome is my default browser. Try downloading with Chrome and see if the Jaws download works. I have downloaded Jaws using Firefox before and it works too.

Hi Denise and everyone,

Sometime ago in about the mid-1990s I was told by a helpdesk analyst at freedom scientific that my problems were with Dell and not with jaws. I thanked him for his honesty and got completely away from Dells proprietary technology. This was hard to hear, but again, I appreciated his honest appraisal of the situation.
