[GUI-Talk] filling out forms

I need to fill out several forms which have been sent to me on 8 word
attachments. I can write the answers in the spaces provided, but so as not
to have a whole bunch of documents in my documents foldr, how can I save it
so that when I send back the forms everything is on them as answered. I'm
using word and outlook 2013 with Windows 10 & JAWS 2020 both latest
versions.
