Hi Rob,
I find the quickest way to attach file or files to an email is to copy them
directly from the File Explorer window into the outlook compose email screen
once the focus is in the Message Body. I teach my students to do it in this
way and it really works well for them.
Select the file, or files, just like how you would select files for copying
and pasting somewhere else in windows, just you are pasting actually into
the outlook message body of the email and bingo! You can then send the
email.
There is no keystroke for attaching files to an email message; just doing a
Control+C for copy, then Control+V for paste to the message.
