[GUI-Talk] computer storidge

I was on the phone with the Microsoft Helpdesk yesterday regarding an issue.
In talking to them about my slow computer, the person mentioned something
about my storidge & that if I did something, my computer would run faster.
Is this something I can do by just changing a setting on my compuger, or is
this something I have to download or purchase?
