[GUI-Talk] troubre finding plce to get ATANDT secuffe mail code

Last Christmas my wife and I bought each other an expensive but super cool gift of Hims BrailleSense 6's. To connect these devices with the AT&T email system, it is necessary to obtain a 16 character secure email code, which I was able to do for myself, but not for my wife, who has her own online account credentials. So I took a deep breath and called AT&T, which I dread doing. Though it is not as easy as it used to be, I was able to reach a support technician who ended up being of no help because she insisted I don't need the code. I ended up following
her directions which ended up initiabizing Yahoo Email which we do not want. AT&T uses Yahoo servers to power its email system, but I thought I had made it clear that I wanted ATANDt and not Yahoo. For what I feel are understandable reasons, I am leary of calling ATANDT for a second time. All this said, I would appreciate any guidance.
