Find the iexplore.exe file on the hard drive. Typically, you'll
find it in C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer. Make a shortcut to
this program on the Desktop. You can do this by right clicking on
the program and doing a "send to".<br>

Using Google I've found how to, in Windows 10, find IE and pin it to the Start menu, rather than to the desktop, but only the sighted way.
Do any Windows 10 users know how to do this using a screen reader and the keyboard?
