It's been my observation that though it's much better than it used to be,
it's not altogether true yet. Perhaps they'll get it down pat soon.

Donna,
I think it is now the case, thanks to Dave andrew's work and my 
complaining that if you are subscribed to *any* nfb list, you 
automatically get these.

this way if you subscribe to seven nfb lists you don't get seven 
copies of the same mail.  they went to a master list concept.
