well this evening I made a meatloaf, with five 
different kinds of peppers in it.  I will be 
writing down the recipe to submit with the 
writers division for the monitor recipes.  dunno 
if it'll be published but you know meatloaf is 
pretty darned american food.  though I make it 
with ground beef and italian sausage.
