yeah,
that is true.

however the twelve or thirteen hour difference is correct because we 
have daylight saving time.

it is odd that China doesn't use the time zones.

so, what were you doing in Beijing Dave?
there is a moderately famous orphanage in the Beijing area that is 
exclusively for blind orphans.
