To the KS Federationists.

   Hello everyone.  Some of you are aware that I participate as a member of
ACTA( Advocacy Concern Team in Action) umbrelladed by ILRC.
   The KS Lieutenant Governor has asked the ACTA groups across the sate, to
give him a list of disability needs to be presented to the appropriation
committee.
After discussing this with Donna Wood, our president,she agrees that we need
to participate in this.  Therefore, "think hard" and respond no later than
August 1st, as to how you perceive our needs to be best served in Kansas.
    Responses need to come to the list.
