Hi, Maryse:

 

If my memory serves me correctly, our state president, Donna Wood and some
others were at the meeting at which the grant availability was announced and
proposals were requested. Because the current director of Rehabilitation
services, Mike Donelly, was handling the grant and the dispersement of
funds, other beneficiaries were chosen.

  I'm so glad I posted, to the list, this thought provoking email I recived
but a few days ago.  With the state convention around the corner, it's time
to discuss this issue,perhaps make a resolution and act upon it.

  We are the NFB,a powerful group of people, so where were we when this
grant was being proposed and written?
