WOW! I thought Envision was paying minimum wage. Not sure why it isn't fair to pay anybody minimum wage at least if they are really working, doing the very best they can. If you followed this line of reasoning, where I used to work, sometimes we had slack times. All of us sat around reading library books. Should they, then, have cut our pay to $0.10 an your because we weren't productive? Or was the fact that we were there in good faith enough to earn us the wage, and the fact that we had showed up to do the work when it came in reason enough to pay us.
