Here is info on using music on iPhones.

First of all connect your phone to your PC.  Next, you will have a folder in your, My Music folder called, ITunes.
In that folder you have, ITune Media and in that folder you have one called, Automatically Add To ITunes or something like that.
Copy any song or ring tone you want on your IPhone to that folder.
Once you copy them they will disappear in that folder.

Next go back to the ITunes window and make sure your phone is sinced with your PC.  You can check under the file menu in Devices.
Once it is synced to your PC tab several times and you are looking for, IPhone.  You'll see check boxes for songs, albums, artist and so forth. IPhone will be at the bottom of the list.
Press the spacebar to check it.
If you are wanting to sync ring tones to your phone then  tab to, tones and check it.  Or if you want to sync music then select music.  You'll see summary, info and other check boxes.
As you keep tabbing you should see, sync tones or music checked.
Keep tabbing until you get to, sync button.
Press your spacebar and it will begin syncing the ring tones to your IPhone.
If you don't have BlindTunes and are using Jaws, then I'm not sure how much of that you will be able to read, but give it a try.
