The sequence of steps Cindy suggests for subscribing to this list will
definitely do the trick. You mayk also distribute the direct link which
appears below.

There you will find a form to fill out with the email address where you want
messages to be posted as well as your password and other basic inforfation.
After you activate the subscribe button you  will receive an email informing
you that you need to confirm you want to be added to the listserv. You will
then get a welcome message with instructions explaining how to make changes
to your subscription, e.g., receiving your messages in digest or individual
mode, changing your password, etc.
