I would probably fly to Wichita, but just last week I spent the week in Houston, so I think I need to stay at home and help with my kennel. LOL.

Good morning Cindy and everyone,

I ran into that problem too at first and eventually was able to read at least the meet of the article. Unfortunately, I am unable to tell you how I was able to get around that problem. Hasn't newspaper website's go, the hutch daily news is probably one of the most unfriendly websites I have come across as of yet.

At any rate, they gist of the article is that Kansas rehab services has forfeited $15 million in federal be our match money because Mike Donnelly refuses to put up the $3.5 million match necessary to access the federal funds. On Sunday, the state convention will be voting on a draft resolution calling on Governor Brownback to issue an executive order directing the department to reinstate the $3.5 million steak match.

Wish you could be with us at convention this year, but I understand the hardship of traveling by bus which is pretty crummy these days. Anyway, take care and will definitely be thinking of you.
Best,
Rob

Not possible to access without answering question after question, though the window says "one question." This is ludicrous. I'll find it elsewhere.
