Hell Everyone!

 

Audio-Reader will provide audio description for several events in April and
May.  Here's the schedule:

 

Little Women: The Musical-Sunday, April 10 at Crafton Preyer Theatre (inside
Murphy Hall on the KU campus) at 2:30 p.m.  AD headsets will be distributed
by an Audio-Reader volunteer near the box office.  Tickets are available by
calling 785-864-3982 or at http://kutheatre.com/little-women.

 

A Streetcar Named Desire-Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16 at Theatre
Lawrence (both shows at 2:30 p.m.).  AD headsets will be distributed by an
Audio-Reader volunteer across from the ticket counter.  Tickets are
available by calling 785-843-7469 or at
https://theatrelawrence.showare.com/eventperformances.asp?evt=6.

 

Beauty and the Beast-Thursday, May 5 at the Lied Center, show starts at 7:30
p.m.  AD headsets will be available through the Lied Center's patron
services desk.  Tickets are available by calling 785-864-2787 or at
https://ticketweb.lss.ku.edu/Online/mapSelect.asp.  This show is nearly sold
out.

 

Dates for Starlight Theatre in Kansas City will be announced soon.  You are
welcome to request description at any venue/show you plan to attend by
alerting the theatre involved and contacting Jennifer Nigro at Audio-Reader
by calling 785-864-4604 or emailing jnigro at ku.edu.  We prefer two weeks'
notice on requested descriptions, but will do our best to arrange
descriptions on shorter notice.
