My response is that we must not except The pay structure and administration standard as is simply because of the reflective proportions in pay. I look forward to discussing this with you as I am looking to get established in business and international tax law before moving on to international human rights and find this all very intriguing.

>> Elosha, feel free to message me about this topic as I did my directed research on this how it relates to nonprofits and for profits as in basically it is the same structure and how doing govern and justify from a legal and economic standpoint. For the group, the short answer is the public has to hold nonprofits accountable. Just because of businesses classified as a 501 C3 a.k.a. a charity that does not mean they have to be poor or pay people no money etc. things that people assume or that they automatically benefit those that they deem to benefit. They just have to be trying to get to that goal it is up to us as both citizens of the state and country as well as blind people to specifically monitor the envision nonprofit corporation to make sure they are indeed performing their charity purpose and are being held accountable in alliance accordance with nonprofit and tax exempt purposes. Besides the purpose of their organization The question is how much is reasonable for a nonprofit CEO to make? And there's over the years fluctuates and is a common question. However, if you Google I think you're going to find that the Envision CEO not only is the highest in Wichita but probably very high in the state and in the country. The American red cross CEO a decade ago was making about a quarter million dollars and that caused him uproar. I don't know what that's comparable to today. But, there's always The counter argument that if this business was a for profit in the same CEO would maybe be making a couple million dollars so even though the amount is high in the nonprofit world it is low in the for-profit world but that is the ultimate question because maybe it is the same? Either way, these are good points that fundraising and accountability are something we should be expecting from this organization. We definitely shouldn't be just leaving it up to Tom Page to go have talks with their CEO and that's it. We should all as members be expecting this organization to produce results and money.

This also confirms my recent research on nonprofits hiding behind the 501(c)(3) name as charitable benefits when their administration and board structure payments isn't much different from typical corporations. This is something I wish to work with and change in the future. Thank you for the information Diane!
