Hi everyone! I am trying to coordinate a Kansas dinner on Tuesday, July 9 in the evening. This will give us a chance to unite, socialize, and discuss resolutions and the board meeting. I have downloaded the MGM resort app on my iPhone, and it appears to be pretty accessible. I did a search for restaurants in the Mandalay Bay, and came up with 30 options! Next, I eliminated everything with more than two dollar signs under the price column. Also eliminated coffee, ice cream, and food court locations. The two most promising choices are slice of Vegas, which serves pizza and pasta and some sandwiches and salads. Also, Hussong’s cantina. They have really interesting Mexican food and are known for their margaritas and some type of sing-along mariachi band on  certain nights. A couple of other possibilities are a noodle shop specializing in Asian food and a gourmet burger bar with different types of meat and toppings. I would like to get some input on people‘s preferences and find out who might be able to make it on that particular night.
