The 9th won’t work for me either.  The NFB In Communities Of Faith, Of which I am president will be meeting from 6 to 9 PM.  In the past, this division met in the afternoon, but a change was requested by the convention coordinator for the NFB.  
I like Ashley’s suggestions.  I hope we could gather for dinner on another evening.
