If you want to use the Gmail web app but aren’t sure where to start, this workshop is for you. Learn what browsers work best, how to enable keyboard shortcuts, and how to use single-letter commands to get things done in Gmail. Get clarity on the difference between Basic HTML view and Gmail as a web app, and learn strategies for composing, managing and replying to messages with ease.
