Good morning!

Here are the minutes from the last board meeting.

Board Meeting 09/12/21

Called to order at 3:00 by Tom Page

Attendance: Roets, Page, Anderson, Hemphill, Finger, Neybert, Luka, Tabor,
Wood, Fuller and Stanzel

Minutes from the last meeting were approved.

Treasurer report by Fuller: Total from August 2021 was $330,358.48.

As of Last week we had $328,103.13.

The report was approved by Page.

Newsletter is ready to be printed and sent out.

Page said he has not received a contract for the band at this point, Tabor
is going to reach out tomorrow.

Convention report by Donna: Registration form will be sent out with the
newsletter. It is important to mark in person or virtual on the form.

Page asked if we should consider a threshold on attendees. We will reassess
closer to the registration deadline. Page suggested calling and reaching
out to people asking if they are in person or virtual.

Dialling individuals in will be handled by the chapters

Kevin Moorley from CO. is our national rep.

We will discuss transportation assistance at the next meeting

Chapter presidents will send Donna a courtesy copy of any hardship cases
for hotel rooms

Chapter rebuilding will be a topic after convention

We did a roll call to estimate how many people will go in person to the
convention because there was some concern about spending too much money on
too few people.

Stanzel made a motion and Tabor seconded it to transfer $15,000 for
convention from the investment portfolio

Motion passed

Page had to leave for a show, the meeting was adjourned at 3:50.

Next meeting will be at 3 on October 3
