[Home-on-the-Range] Victory for blind parents in Kansas

Cindy Lou, thanks for your very kind words, but this is certainly not a one mann show. It Took a village to get the job done. By the way, I forgot to mention last night that the bill does not become enforceable until publication in the Kansas register, which I will be monitoring and will announce when publication happens.
