Good morning Kansas Federation family,

First of all, let me apologize for the confusion that was created when I sent you an invitation to the state affiliate caucus. This was an apparent iPhone calendar input error that was unfortunately not discovered until I received my own copy of the invitation. Therefore, the purpose of this communiqué is to confirm that the hybrid state affiliate caucus will indeed take place tomorrow evening at 8:00 PM CDT. Milton Ota of our North Dakota affiliate has graciously agreed to do the hosting, and will open up the room for entry at 7:45 PM. We are asking someone to volunteer to serve as a co-host to help out with vote counting. A all of the information including the zoom link is posted below. If you are unable to access the call either by the zoom client or one touch dialing, you will need to let Mr. Ota know so that you can be brought into the call by telephone. You can reach him by email at mota at gmail.com.

Last but not least, remember to study the 19 resolutions and the proposed constitutional amendment so that you can be prepared to participate in this important meeting in an informed way. If there is a particular resolution that resonates with you, you will be given the opportunity to summarize that resolution in lieu of having it read.
