Treasurer’s report:
July 2022 total assets- 304,817.02
Net asset as of Friday, September 9- 300,274.47.
Page accepted the report
Corporate filings with Secretary of State are due by July 1, Thor is looking into this because we were behind.
Page and Fuller are going to talk about an invoice for Newsline in 2020

Convention committee update-
We are close to having a draft agenda for speakers at convention We just need the individuals from Margaret’s list.
The scholarship form is up and running and we have one applicant. Thanks to Anya.
Our national rep is Kevin again, hoping he isn’t sick this year.
Page is trying to get blind vendors, but no one is available yet.
Newsletter should be ready to release at the end of this week. Those who don’t have articles in won’t be in the letter.

Scholarship Update=
Page said he wants to add a scholarship for a working part time student Stanzel moved to motion, and Tabor seconded it. Motion carried. 
Page suggested naming one of the scholarships after ken and one after Martha and jack kelly next year. 

Anderson said the membership management module will be expanding to chapter presidents so secretaries can manage membership lists for each chapter.

Board went into executive session to discuss Linda Andrés situation.
