We are surprised to learn that there has been a misunderstanding as to the schedule of the Senate committee on utilities. We have received word that there is no hearing scheduled for tomorrow on SB 284. The committee assistant, Mr. Welton conveys his apologies for any confusion and inconvenience this misunderstanding has caused. We hope to have a hearing scheduled in the near future. if we need to submit a request for hearing as individual members, we will let you know as soon as we determine whether this is the appropriate course of action.
