I too, would like to express my congratulations and thank you's to Tom. I’m sorry about a couple of emails I sent earlier with bad or no links. 

 

I was trying to send out the video before it was ready to be uploaded and distributed from Topekas Senate floor. Sorry for any confusion with the YouTube channel. The  Kansas, legislator, channel is a good resource of current and past sessions.
