Subject: Accessible eclipse information

I have two resources for blind and low-vision folks who would like to learn more about eclipses, including the total solar eclipse on April 8:

1. You can download the free Eclipse Soundscapes app from the Apple App Store. This app contains a countdown to the next eclipse, lots of information about eclipses and an audio-haptic eclipse experience.

2. For those of you visiting the library in person, we have tactile booklets showing what happens during an eclipse as well as the paths of totality for the three most recent total solar eclipses. We will explore them during tomorrow's Braille Study Group, or you can ask for them any time you are at the library.

Any errors brought to you by iPhone!
