Subject: Johnson-Wyandotte Chapter meeting-Update.

 

The Johnson-Wyandotte chapter of the NFB of Kansas will hold its January meeting on Friday the 12th, 2024, at 6:30 pm.

 

Due of the current extreme cold-snowy weather and the safety of our federationists family members. We are “Canceling,” the in-person gathering portion, of our meeting, scheduled at Dennys Restaurant. We will still meet via conference Line, at 6:30 pm.

 

We still will have Amy Wilson as our guest speaker. She is one of NFB of MO affiliate board members, and  she is also the CEO and founder of Safety Positive Foundation, an organization dedicated to “problem-solving the personal safety needs of the blind community.” Please come and learn more about her foundations work in the blind community.

 

We will also discuss the Washington DC seminar and any new chapter business for the coming new year.
