Hello, Rob. What does the word “beo” mean in the first sentence of the sample message?

Dear Kansas Federation colleagues,
I was just informed that the Newsline funding bill referenced in the subject line still has not been placed on the House general orders calendar@ for a full house vote. The situation is getting particularly urgent as the turnaround deadline is coming up on Thursday. This means that bills from non-exempt committees must be disposed of in the body of origin and be moved on to the other body. In this case, if the House fails to pass the bill by day's end on Thursday, it will die and we will have to start all over next year with a whole new introduction.
It is therefore imperative that we double down by contacting both majority leader Dan Hawkins and speaker Dan hawkins via phone call, email, or both. Speaker Hawkins may be reached by phone at (785) 296-2302. His official email address is dan.hawkins at house.ks.gov <mailto:dan.hawkins at house.ks.gov> .
Majority leader Croft may be contacted by phone at (785) 296-7662. His email is chris.croft at house.ks.gov <mailto:chris.croft at house.ks.gov> .
Even if you have contacted Mr. Croft in response to our previous call for action, we urge you to do it again, due to the rapidly approaching turnaround deadline.
Thanks to our awesome deputy legislative director Bruce Roberds, I am sharing, hopefully with his approval, a modified version of his very direct and concise message, which appears immediately below.
Dear (Majority Leader Croft,) (Speaker Hawkins,)
I am writing to respectfully request the placement of HB-2180 on the House General Orders or the consent calendar prior beo the February 19 turnaround deadline. This legislation is vital as it establishes a stable revenue stream for the NFB Newsline service, which provides essential access to newspapers and periodicals for myself and thousands of blind and print-disabled Kansans who previously had no access to printed materials.
Thank you for considering this important bill. Your support would make a significant difference in our community.
Best regards,
(your name)
(city, county) Kansas
Finally, thanks for doing your part to preserve this valuable service for blind Kansans.
Best regards,
Rob Tabor | first vice president / legislative director National Federation of the Blind of Kansas
