Hello fellow Federationist and advocates.

I just heard the great news, that a few more states have dropped out of the Texas versus Kennedy lawsuit. At the start of the year, there were 9 States still part of the Texas, lawsuit. which means there are only three (3) states remaining of the original 17 states, when this lawsuit was first filed.

I'm happy to say, and as we already know, Kansas dropped out of the lawsuit little over a month ago, Missouri also dropped out of the lawsuit last week. Which now only remains Texas, Alaska and Florida. This shows how people with disabilities advocating and taking their concerns and issues to their legislators and letting them know this lawsuit was harmful for people with disabilities. So, continue to spread the word and if you know, a family member, friends and associates, who live in these remaining states reach out and let them know how this lawsuit benefits no one. It only harms and limits our Rights..."To live the way, we want!"

Continue the good fight and pray this lawsuit vanishes completely in the coming months.
