Kelly is the husband of the NFB of Kansas state treasurer, Martha Kelly. He
has been ill for a really long time and so we haven't seen him in a long time.
Martha has tried to stay as active as possible with us, as she knows how
important the Federation was to Jack. So there you have

everyone know that I will not be available for our cultural dinner this
Saturday, therefore my house will not be available to be the location to host
the dinner. I received word this morning that our long time member Jack
Kelly passed away in the night. The tentative funeral plans are the
viewing will be held Friday evening and the funeral will be on Saturday.
Jack was a good friend and a good mentor. I will be attending his
funeral and if anyone would like to attend with me please call and let me know
and I’ll make transportation arrangements. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
