(VR) program and opportunities for continuous improvement in the services and programs we offer.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Because of your connection to VR, I want to extend a personal invitation to you to participate in our upcoming stakeholder meeting on the afternoon of January 6, 2020. The meeting will be an interactive webcast
using technology to connect people in 10 Kansas communities. Participants in each location will be able to share their comments or questions which will be broadcast live to all locations.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">In addition to an opportunity to discuss VR services, participants will also be able to provide input for the updated Combined State Plan being developed under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act
(WIOA). This Combined State Plan will address the mission, vision and operational strategies for collaboration among the WIOA core partners. In addition to VR, the core partners are:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
