</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--><div class="WordSection1"><p class="MsoNormal">Hi Folks,<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">A few of us have been working on procuring some training for our leaders and ultimately members at the state level on diversity, equity, and inclusion. We have found a vendor we like and are working on the way forward. We wanted to open it up to other affiliates who also may be interested. <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">The first stage will focus on leaders. For example, in Maryland I plan to have the affiliate board, all chapter boards, and all division boards participate as well as members of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, convention planning, and scholarship committees. There is a financial commitment if you’d also like this training for your state. The more states who participate, the less expensive for each of us.
