<p class="MsoNormal">A number of you have contacted us to let us know that you are having difficulty booking rooms. We thank you for your patience and persistence, and we wanted to let you know that we are still working with the hotel to try and get our room
block expanded. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As it stands right now, we believe the problem is on these three nights:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Saturday, January 28<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Wednesday, February 1<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Thursday, February 2<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">If you are trying to stay at the Holiday Inn Washington – Capitol on one of those three nights it may be registering as fully booked in the hotel’s system. However, there should still be plenty of rooms available from Sunday, January 29
through Tuesday, January 31. We are doing all that we can to get more rooms available on the other nights and we apologize for any inconvenience. We are hoping to have an update to the situation by early next week.
