There are many problems with this bill which, if enacted, would limit an individual's ability to sue under the ADA in Kansas. It has been brought to my attention that some of the bill's proponents are using scare statements regarding blind access to fuel pumps and are acting as though there are no guidelines concerning creating accessible web sites.
