The Johnson-Wyandotte County Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Kansas is pleased to announce its March schedule of social activities.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>March 15: Game night on the NFB of Kansas conference call line featuring a virtual version of the hit TV show <i>Password</i>. Don Mulik will give clues to all “contestants” who will take turns trying to guess the password. We will play from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. At the end of one hour, the person with the highest number of points will win a nice prize.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>March 22: Movie night featuring the audio-described movie <i>Sully, </i>the story of airplane pilot Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger who landed his disabled plane on the Hudson River, thereby saving the lives of all 155 aboard. Don Mulik will read a synopsis of the movie at 6:15 p.m., and the 96-minute movie will start promptly at 6:30. Sighted people will be able to watch the movie on Zoom.
