From the feedback I received everyone had a good time. We also met up with Martha with audio reader program, who did a on the spot podcast of us while at the Ren faire. I can personally say it was a fun, exciting adventure, as well as an exhausting one. Most of us started out at 10:00 AM and Don, Jody Mulik and myself had enough come 5:30 PM. I have to admit that the Renaissance fair definitely put my Mobility skills to the test with some of the terrain at the fair. But I’m happy to say I survived. LOL</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-decoration: none; margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-decoration: none; margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">As we know, The NFB of Missouri Sports & Rec Group had organized an outing for Oct, 13th, to the Renaissance Fair which took place in Wyandotte County, Kansas.</span> <span style="font-size: 11pt;">We had 11 individuals from Missouri including 8 members of the KCMO and Springfield MO, chapters attend. We also had 3 members from our Kansas affiliate also in attendance.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-decoration: none; margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> </p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-decoration: none; margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">I also would like to give a big shout out and Thank you to Amy Wilson and her family for making sure that everything ran smoothly And help guide our Mary Little group along our way.
