From the feedback I received everyone had a good time. We also met up with Martha with audio reader program, who did a on the spot podcast of us while at the Ren faire. I can personally say it was a fun, exciting adventure, as well as an exhausting one. Most of us started out at 10:00 AM and Don, Jody Mulik and myself had enough come 5:30 PM. I have to admit that the Renaissance fair definitely put my Mobility skills to the test with some of the terrain at the fair. But I’m happy to say I survived. LOL<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black'>As we know, The NFB of Missouri Sports & Rec Group had organized an outing for Oct, 13th, to the Renaissance Fair which took place in Wyandotte County, Kansas. We had 11 individuals from Missouri including 8 members of the KCMO and Springfield MO, chapters attend. We also had 3 members from our Kansas affiliate also in attendance.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black'> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black'>I also would like to give a big shout out and Thank you to Amy Wilson and her family for making sure that everything ran smoothly And help guide our Mary Little group along our way.
