<p class="MsoNormal">I have both good and bad news. The good news is that we have shown up in great numbers to fill out the 2026 Washington Seminar room block at the Holiday Inn Washington Capitol. The bad news is that the hotel has expanded our room block
 as much as possible because room quantities on the nights that we are there are extremely limited, and even completely sold out in some cases. Because of this, we are recommending that any affiliate that still needs rooms should contact one of the two hotels

<p class="MsoNormal">The Hyatt is at the corner of 4th and E Streets SW, approximately two blocks South Southeast of the Holiday Inn. The Hilton is located near the intersection of 9th and D Streets SW, approximately three blocks West Southwest of the Holiday
 Inn. Both have room rates that are comparable to the Holiday Inn, and we are not recommending either one over the other, but I would be remiss if I did not mention that the Hyatt is the more walkable option of the two in regards to getting to and from the
 Holiday Inn. Please note that we do not have a set aside room block at either hotel.

<p class="MsoNormal">I know there are still some affiliates who have been unable to secure rooms at the Holiday Inn, so we are recommending that you contact one of the above mentioned hotels as soon as you can. If you have any questions, I will be in the office
 until 5:00 p.m. Eastern today, but out all day tomorrow (December 31) and Thursday (January 1), so if you should have questions either tomorrow or Thursday, please direct them to John Paré at
