Strange how NO is just not part of the rest of Louisiana.  It is the fate of 
a port city I suppose.
True how resources run everything.  When I was in Bethesda we had few 
worries though the Exec had much to say when our beds were not full.  Now I 
am not in clnical work full time and not in the same grant funded world.
In NOLA things are so different.  It is a place of intense diversity and 
creativity.  It is a place though that knows how to stretch a penny into 
next week.
