[humanser] newly blind

I've had many DVR councelers who I can tell hate blind people. I had 
one and some of my friends had her too. She was probably one of the 
worst. I don't have to the time now to go into what she did but it 
affected not only me but another DVR client trying to get the same 
kind of job at the same company. She had a different councelor but 
the things my councelor did and said affected the other client who 
didn't deserve to treated that way. I didn't either for that matter.
