[humanser] books in an accessible format

Greetings:

Having checked the usual suspects of RFBD and Bookshare, I am unable to find 
the following books in an accessible format.

"Explorations of privilege, Oppression, and Diversity"

by Sharon K. Anderson & Valerie A. Middleton

2005 edition

Brooks/Cole Publishing Co.



"Handbook for Developing Multicultural Awareness"

by Paul Peterson

3rd Edition

American Counseling Association



"Multicultural Counseling Competencies"

by Donald B. Pope-Davis & Hardin L.K. Coleman

1997 edition

Sage Publications Inc.



Is there any advice on other sources or ways to obtain the above books in an 
accessible format?  I am researching the purchase of a victor readerstream 
or similar device.  Is there a method of converting these books to a format 
where such a device will read them efficiently.
