[humanser] dealing with handwritten forms

Some of the forms need to be filled out by hand, because they are going to
places outside of our office. Pharmacies, for example, need the forms to be
filled out in writing, on their particular form. I asked if I could fill
them out on the computer, and put an x or a star next to the box that needed
checking, but I was told that it was against regulations, and that the
pharmacies wouldn't accept it that way.

I do have all of our forms in my computer though. It's only the ones that go
to other places that are the problem.

I have had someone in my office put the forms in electronic format, however,
you'll still need a reader to tread the ones someone else fills out. We're
almost all electronic now, so the only thing I need a reader for is to sign
authorizations and read a few medical reports.
