[humanser] OT Accessibility

Kathy,
Thanks for your suggestion. I was only able to access your message through
having someone with vision read it to me. I use Microsoft Outlook 2007 and
recently, after the problem began, upgraded to JAWS 11.0. Unfortunately,
since January 13 I have been on the phone with Freedom, with their design
team, and countless others. They have connected through tandem on five
occasions and have not been able to resolve the issue. This is a miserable
inconvenience. I am enrolled in my final academic class for my doctoral
program and have the first exam on Tuesday. The JAWS problem is giving me
the blues because it is keeping me from crucial information. I need to be
working on my dissertation and can not do it because of this situation.
Yeah, this is really posing a problem. Does anyone have a remedy for a
similar situation?
Mary

I'd suggest giving Freedom Scientific a call tomorrow and have them help you
tease it out. There could be lots of things, depending on what email program
you are using and what version of JAWS you are running. Just my two cents.
