Hello. Attached is an anouncement for a disability specialist position at
the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. They are looking for an individual
who would have some experience working with folks who are blind/low vision
and folks with psychiatric disabilities. Starting salary is $42,000
annually. I had this position about ten years ago before moving to my
present director position at Bethel University. I'd love to see a
knowledgeable blind person get in there. Tehre are a number of blind
students at the University of Minnesota, due to the tuition waiver. The
close date for this is in a few days, so move fast if you are interested.
You need to visit the University of Minnesota's job site to apply. The
Website is in the email below and the job description is attached.
